Happy 2013 the year of endless possibilities
One of our wonderful clients allowed us the use of his penthouse at Veer Towers in City Center, right on the famous Las Vegas Strip. Merlin Custom Home Builders employees and their guests were treated to great food and drink, as well as one of the most amazing views of the Strip. The penthouse on the 36th floor is still under construction, but after our “festivities guru”, Erica, added a few decorations to get everyone in the Holiday spirit, the party was a huge success – one we will all talk about for months ahead. Thank you to Steve, Bart and our “special” client for providing us with a great location and for throwing a Christmas party that will be hard to beat!!

We sent our teams of craftsmen throughout the valley from Lee’s Canyon to Lake Las Vegas; from The Ridges to City Center. We loved the challenge of creating warm, exciting, artistic homes for the best clients in Las Vegas.
2013 promises even more, with a list of new clients and projects that we see exemplifying Las Vegas’ housing recovery and its positive economic future. High-end custom home starts in Summerlin, Seven Hills and MacDonald Highlands indicate new interest and energy. These new lot sales, along with the sales of existing homes (which have been a burden to the market for too long), highlight our market’s positive trend.
Merlin Custom Home Builders is thrilled to be a part of this turnaround and pleased that, even during these challenging times, we have kept our team of project managers, superintendents, carpenters, skilled labor and talented office staff together and thriving. We have grown the number of annual remodel jobs to an all time high while building new homes and new high-rise condominiums. We have started a maintenance division that our clients use to keep their homes looking and working like new.
