The Only Two Custom Homes at Shadow Creek

The 365-acre Shadow Creek Golf Course, built by Steve Wynn 1989, is an ultra-exclusive development, sanctioning only two world-class luxury homes to be built within the property surrounding the golf course. Merlin Custom Home Builders had the extreme pleasure to build one of the two homes, and later to remodel it for its current homeowner as well as remodel the only other home at Shadow Creek.
